Order by 2pm Mon-Fri for delivery on the next working day. Orders will be sent via courier, with deliveries usually taking place between 8am and 8pm, and will require a signature.

However, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you can start a return procedure by emailing our team at orders@laceys.biz within 10 working days of receipt of the purchased goods.
Unless you are specifically not satisfied with the quality or description of the product, we can only issue refunds if the goods are unopened and in their original, intact packaging.

- The cost of return postage will be paid by the customer
- Laceys Hair & Beauty will not be liable in any way for damage or theft / loss of products during return shipment
- Returns will be inspected on arrival at our warehouse, and the customer will be contacted within 24 of receipt
- If the return is acceptable, the customer will receive a full refund, excluding postage costs, within 30 days
