If you select this option, parcels weighing less than 2.5kg will be sent with Royal Mail. For larger orders (between 2.5kg and 20kg), we will use a courier, which will require a signature upon delivery.
Next Working Day Delivery: £4.95 - Monday to Friday
Order by 2pm Mon-Fri for delivery on the next working day. Orders will be sent via courier, with deliveries usually taking place between 8am and 8pm, and will require a signature.

Our products are of the highest quality and we take great care to ensure all orders are packaged and labelled correctly. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you can start a return procedure by emailing our team at orders@laceys.biz within 10 working days of receipt of the purchased goods.
Unless you are specifically not satisfied with the quality or description of the product, we can only issue refunds if the goods are unopened and in their original, intact packaging.

Conditions of return - The return shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer
- The cost of return postage will be paid by the customer
- Laceys Hair & Beauty will not be liable in any way for damage or theft / loss of products during return shipment
- Returns will be inspected on arrival at our warehouse, and the customer will be contacted within 24 of receipt
- If the return is acceptable, the customer will receive a full refund, excluding postage costs, within 30 days
